Furthermore, Schadel didn't actually say it was DPT. He retweeted a couple of DPT tweets, but he retweets lots of things. Don't see any violation, since he didn't say any such thing. Sure there are hints, but unless he outright makes a statement to that effect I don't see any violation. Then again, we don't know that DPT was talking about AFPW either here. Still it does raise questions.
