1. To prove it’s a scam the lawyer is going to have to find definitive evidence. Not just the loss. They will also try to prove this as a pump and dump. It wasn’t. Going by the original date they announced the name change and what the price of bitcoin was at the time shows that yes bitcoin jumped a couple 1000$ but they didn’t announce the name after bitcoin was dropping from 19k like let’s say Long Island beverage company.
