I would not tell anyone to buy,I will say that I don't believe we have seen the bottom yet,when we do I bet the so called insiders load up on that internal financing they do,the one that never gets offered to the public,just Malaks "shares for services" buddies.
Take a look at the financials,some people have been getting 1.5 million shares a year for undisclosed "services".
At least if they were warrants or options the company would be funded.
