My calculations say insiders have about 39%. They have been issuing a lot of shares lately to insiders. I don't know how many preferred shares are left to issue (I can look it up, just haven't). What do you suppose is going to happen if they don't increase the AS? Where is the money going to come to make payments on all that debt ($25 million and growing)? Creditors can force them into bankruptcy.
