That's not the point being put across. Yes a lot of places take cash only but the issue here is are they reporting it on their books?

If Pete is claiming all this cash influx, he HAS to report it on the books.

If the financial statements come out and no cash is reported it's either a fake order(as Pete's orders tend to all be fake) or Pete is not reporting it and that's fraud(again, par for course with Pete)
