Having an Authorized Share count of 20 Billion will do this to a stock. Any other stock would have moved up after selling over 3 billion shares in two days, but not this one. There are simply too many shares out there now (and yet to come) for this to move.

Buy all you want, the tough part will be selling. The number of shares priced at .0001 on the Ask is INCREASING, not decreasing.. at least they are today.
