The stock's registration has been revoked. It has ZERO value as a shell, as the massive debt stays, and any attempt to reregister a revoked stock that completely ignored the SEC will not be easy, if not downright impossible. The SEC does not react well to that kind of behavior, and rightly so.

And the symbol has no value, as TALK does not own it. Exchange listed companies always have priority over OTC stocks for symbols, anyway.
