EVIO Inc (EVIO)

Given the current state of EVIO and its cash on hand I would prefer we stay away from mergers. I think we have enough capital now to grow on our own (I did not have this same sentiment in the past)

With that being said I would prefer EVIO hangs on for a bigger buyout such as a DGX all cash buyout or even share swap where we would be inheriting shares of a much larger company as opposed to a partial buyout or merger.
