you are apparently not reading any of the DD here, if you had you would know that they just got the city permit on FEB 28th, on March 8th they signed a lease with Coachella for additional space, a 10 year lease at that. We are just talking a few weeks here. You say you are a realist, there is nothing being real about what you are saying other than fueling your own angst. Also, we lose 40%, 50% whatever, we did 120% gain in ONE DAY. There are going to be MANY more days like this imo.
