Not sure how much of that is dilution from the private placements, or just older investors taking profits. I know I took a hefty profit myself, and just now buying back in.

The good thing is $23 million should hold them for at least 2-3 years of R&D. The big question is going to be, when can they sign the LTA agreement, and what will it be worth? Otherwise, there is always service contracts which can pop up at anytime.

With that said, I think we are going to bounce between $1-$2 till some more news hits.
