Doesn't make sense from my perspective either. He would be smart to bleed it into the market slowly.

Besides, as an insider he would be restricted to only being able to sell 1% of the OS per quarter (assuming he sticks to the volume limitation as a non-filer). But at the current pps even that would be a tidy $75K to $100 per month....and as the OS grows he can sell more and more.

He can very easily turn this into his long term ATM machine...and with a 2 Billion AS it can last a long long time.

So while the OS growth will be slow...it will be relentless.

And as the financials come out, more an more are going to see just exactly how little of JB&JZMY they own.
