As for acquisitions, APII/WAFR/AHIX acquired Core Wafer Systems in 2012. That went really well. Not.

In late 2015, Teresa, as interim CEO, announced the any-day-now acquisition of Triad Biometrics with funding from "Vanderbilt Bonds." Triad has not to date been acquired, and Vanderbilt Bonds appears to have been a scam that either netted AHIX or in concert with AHIX netted shareholders.

The 2017 3Q, p 15, seems to assert that the Triad dealeo is definitely kaput.

AHIX announced two other possible acquisitions, both to close in 2018 and also mentioned on p 15 of the 2018 3Q. One of them, the so-called "TC," or "target company," may be this company based on the description used in PRs and filings:
