I can confirm Sauer Energy, Inc. (SENY) became deficient under our OTCQB Standards with respect to its closing bid price on December 18, 2017. Per those standards, the company has 90 days to cure its deficiency before it would be removed from this market. Please also note that in the event the company's closing bid price falls below $.001 at any time for five consecutive trading days, the company will be immediately removed from OTCQB.
Regarding the other matters you raised, we will certainly look into the company's unresolved comments from the SEC and its obligations under our OTCQB Standards to file adequate and timely disclosure of material events and insider transactions. To the extent that these issues affect their eligibility with the OTCQB Standards, we will consider appropriate action.
