That has been brought up a few times already here. From what I understand, they would be retaining less than 5% ownership of APRU, and are able to sell a certain amount of shares once per month I believe it is.. This will allow Lvvv to focus on the current business plan and rapid growth it is going thru.. and yes, obtaining a license is huge, even the cultivation (seed to sale) permits are huge, CA economy is enormous, same as some entire countries! LOL... couple that with CA also being the worlds largest MJ hotspot? yeah, .10 or more is peanuts compared to where this is going. All the DD points in this direction and the company has so far proved good to its word.
