The float will be on lockdown for the next 5 weeks too (or until this starts hitting 5-10x current share price). The ones buying now are already aware of an upcoming vote for an R/S, so they know they are safe for at least 5 weeks as I don't think there would be any preliminary voting results. They are also more intelligent buyers vs. the fools that sold on a Def14 filing because the intelligent ones know that a Def14a filing means a vote must be done, and RNVA cannot do an R/S sneak attack on its shareholders whenever the hell they feel like, they gotta wait for votes.

There is also ZERO dilution that can happen for the next 5 weeks, vs another ticker DCT* which was still going through dilution all the way up to the day of the vote June 2017. Do people honestly think RNVA's share price is going to drop from here because current buyers are going to sell their shares on fear a distant 5 weeks from now??? Seems unlikely. The fear will kick in the very next day after a vote is majority "Yes" because that means RNVA can sneak attack an R/S announcement on whatever time on whatever day. If it's a No vote, we go up even more.
