Hey Chris-

I lived on the coast of NJ for 30 years. Enjoyed it but when it came time to retire I voted with my feet and left one of highest taxed states. I'm in PA now and it maybe a high tax state also but I'm not seeing it here. I used to see the weather for this area I'm in now when I was in NJ. Lots of snow here in the mountains while NJ would get cold and freezing rains, some snow. Right after I moved out it was like flicking a switch. NJ and the coast started getting bombed with heavy snows and I've had a foot at the most on maybe 2 or 3 occasions(that's in the 13 years I've been here). I've got a snow blower that will tackle just about anything the weather can throw this way and hardly use it. We get lake effect snows all winter long but never amounts to much of anything.

As for those peeps that want to march in the weather? Bless them and have fun.
