Wtf are you talking about? Max Li is not some random CEO they hired, he’s been involved with everything that has happened. I was hoping he took over as CEO because Northbridge/Peabody and wanting to change things.

But the latest 3(A)(10) happened under Li’s watch, and Peabody is still involved in all aspects of the business.

Please explain how a stock that was trading in the .006s issuing 110,000,000 shares at .001 for $110k debt was for the benefit of shareholders. I would of happily given them $110k at .002 a share , as would anybody.

I’ve stated many times, im a big fan of the products, but the leadership is terrible. They have no regard for shareholders or the stock.
