I agree with you about that,that was one of the main things I looked at. I was expecting to see @ least $500,000 to $750,000 paid to Cogosense to own the Company,there is still no leverage there IMO.Are they producing the units for nothing till they get paid,ONCI still owes plenty towards the acquisition.On Jan.31st they paid $225,000 of $2.5 million deal ,and it says they expect to have them paid @ the end of the 2nd quarter,by April 30th 2018,this can be read under, Investment In Cogosense Technology on the unaudited Fins on OTC,I'm wondering how they are going to do it, they have 31 Days left.And they did confirm this much to me, it is an NDA,but @ least CEO got the Yield Sign Removed GO ONCI
