I'm part if the lawsuit and haven't seen a single dime yet, latest update I got after new year was that they were finalizing everything.
I don't expect to get much, if anything, but at least I tried.
I'm actually surprised phot agreed to put any money to settle this. PHOT like all other OTC stocks can't do much to stop manipulation from 3rd party or even MMs, companies just don't have the money to battle them, period.
