I sold twice first trade removed my money, second trade was gravy and now I don't have any emotion attached to it.........

ERBB bought Nipton for 5 million and turned over development rights to DLTZ. My interest was a quick trade and I own LIBE who I believe will furnish Nipton with street lights etc...just a hunch.....
