I've been in stocks with 2 billion OS that hit .04. I was in one that hit .15 with a billion OS. I prefer less shares too. I personally think Alex should get the price to .10 or so and if UATG has contracts and decent revenue, then do a 50 for 1 and get on the Nasdaq, at $5.00 a share, but he has to have good revenues to keep it there.
