$8M is nothing to end the pursuit of the IP and there is no Guarneri the $95M will be paid. If a BP thought the IP would affect their drugs they would pay more than $8M to stop development. If the phase II trial would have been valid and bavi approved it would have made the future approval of the IO drugs more difficult. Timing of the messed up trial was very convenient
