Those are only the minor issues since 2010, I always check my address during the DD process when looking into a company, heck one company I was looking into was a mining company that on street view was a grocery store. DCTH Manhattan offices checked out.. whether or not anybody was home, now that a whole different story. Listen I know that by watching everything that has been going on since last year this company is purposely trying to get itself out of toxic financing, which it did, we shareholders didn't like the way it was done but the company survived. Some of us lost thousands including myself. I wasn't duped out of my, money she had it right there in black and white I knew what was coming so did re-pete yourself and many many others, but they were holding out for that last minute B/O ( Which is coming) it didn't happen the stock was diluted to pay off debt, done deal, so naturally we start over, well I did I got my avg way down now as any investor would, if you didn't you were holding on to a pipe dream and you really don't belive in the company so you Slam it daily ask re-pete or almost everyone on this board but rap and Leo, Matt he is not new I have seen him around his charting is accurate which tells me that they are using the shares that are being held back, you know the 180 mil, this leads me to the posin pill once again.... This stock has to go through another R/S to get the number of shares needed to carry this to FDA, so my advice is to keep buying gather your shares they are cheap now, let the R/S go threw, you can vote no, but we know what will happen. Remember we are OTC. This whole circle you have been leading us it is for our benefit, but this poison pill is very hard to swallow. After the R/S, there will be very little dilution compared to last time yes we will have a fewer share but our money won't be lost like last time, well not 99% of it lol, from here the share count should be enough for the B/O then back to the Nasdaq we go. SO buy all you can now while it is cheap because it won't be so cheap after the R/S.. Of course this is based on nothing at all.
