What we have here is a perennial failure OTC ticker with news of a new CEO. That's it. Nothing more than that.

This news, understandably, has moved the stock some. But without more news. BS or not, it won't do anymore than what it has already. At some point, it has to show results. Not just drivel put in a pr like they've done in the past.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
