When arm sizes are around 80 to 100 subjects one will have no idea of significance at 6 weeks unless you are pumping subjects full of biologic immunosuppressants via IV . Only stop/go based on futility. Honest fact, friend.

Prurisol trial was not stopped. But that does not say that the difference will be significant at 12 weeks. Only that the trial was not guaranteed to fail at 6 weeks.
