To say this huge road is just a prop for some sort of scam by Jack is laughable. Eventually it will be said the refinery on site is just part of an elaborate scheme to make people believe there's a refinery on site. This is too much. Come on.... do better than that. lol.

The undeniable truth is that this road has a purpose far more noble than to aid in a scam. Its the road to a new refinery. This new refinery will be right smack dab on the Permian Basin where all the oil is. Jack is the man with a plan. He will go down in history as the person who built the first refinery on the Permian Basin. Probably won't be the last cause its a good idea.
