Buy back??? It looks to me like instead of a buy back, they maxed out the shares and left the shareholders holding the bag. No wonder it's Caveat Emptor on otcmarkets.com. Whoever loaded all those shares recently probably became the king of the bagholders! "A fool and his money are soon parted." IMO.
