Krom, That said, I think the reason that SEO might not have acquired more than 40% of the company has to do with the concern that his actions to buy more shares in the company would result in a higher share price...taking away the advantage that ERHC has of potentially escaping regulatory oversight as a $.0002 stock. If the share price goes up again, then you are suggesting that he HAS to report his %, which would be very high (If you are right at least). Does it matter that he supposedly does not have to file his % because the stock is at .000000000001? I don't get that way of thinking. Explain please. The Doc
