Actually referring to private business's ready to sell out of the industry to TRTC. I'm a retired broker, penny scams were a part of my past in the "good old days" of wild west days when NASDAQ was "risky".

My Colorado friends are some early pioneers and are ready to retire and let the "kids" take over.

Assume California has many in the same boat too.
