I found this on another site, but it shows that cannabis creams are effective in skin diseases.

It may be determined that our cream is better, but it's clear that others will be on the market and without far more information it's impossible to know if they violate the patents we're still finalizing.

I believe the article and what I've read about other companies is indicative that we really need to have our cream on the market once we know it's safe. If we wait for efficacy testing, a lot of products will be out there. When we get the patents we may be able to make others pay for the rights, but only if they're truly in violation. Otherwise, we need the market to prove we're the most effective.

Our sublingual tablet is a very different matter. I'm aware of capsules filled with oil, but they'll not achieve the rapid but extended release that's achieved by our tablet slowly dissolving under the tongue. I believe the demand for this product will be far greater, and the patent will prevent similar products unless they pay for the rights. I'm not certain that will be true of creams that already have cannabis in them that are on the market, or soon to be.
