Speaking hypothetically, anyone smart enough to load up this puppy at these levels, is smart enough to interleave their selling almost imperceptibly. I'd sell small chunks along the way without so much as causing a change in average volume and always on the ask.

This is the main effect of dilution, too much pressure on the sell side that the buy side cannot absorb therefore negative price action.
