I'm really not sure. I think there will be new selling when the holders of the R/S get their reduced shares. That takes about 20 days from time of R/S. Also want to make sure company done selling new shares. Honestly, .65 wouldn't shock me. I would really like to see an area where real consolidation takes place you know 2 to 3 weeks. I've had a history of trying to re enter things to quickly.
