IMO the PPS is way below what it should be when one considers the progress MMEX has made and is making, exhibit A - road. However, soon there will be a PPS reckoning. A financing announcement - properly communicated - should make everything, including the PPS, much higher. MMEX shares at the current price is a gift. Unfortunately though, some don't believe this, and will not reap a reward. They listen to false teachings, and ignore filings and letters from Jack. The truth is there in plain english. MMEX is building a refinery!
