I expect them to file on time although any Audit work still occurring would understandably slow it down. Most likely they will file on a Weekday and the 30th is a Friday so IMO no later than Close of Business on the 30th. If an extension is required (although they don't appear to have ever done it before) they will need to file a form NT-10K w/the SEC/OTC requesting additional time; if that occurs we will see the filing.

They can file at anytime between now and the deadline which is what makes people so crazy waiting. Especially since there is so much other potential news they may have we don't know about yet; exciting and frustrating at the same time. I think KGKG is a solid play and our patience will be rewarded in time; how much time is the burning question.
