One day after our thread in Jul 2017, ADXS’ CEO was canned. Since then, no one at ADXS (to my knowledge) has asserted that the NEO program will use a “brute force” method and thereby avoid an antigen-selection algorithm. So, it appears to me that the brute-force idea was bogus from the get-go and was a gimmick to hook unsophisticated investors.

I’m revisiting this thread now because the phase-1 ADXS-NEO trial (co-sponsored by AMGN) just opened for patient recruitment:

Does this make you more bearish on ADXS in general given the prior "gimmick" comments? I know CEO was canned but wonder if there is more general read-through to the company itself.
