On my third and last one! Have a Ten year old daughter and my first daughter 35 just had her first daughter so I just became a grandpa!

UNIT had a very good week I am pleasantly in the green although I was in the red for some time. It is recovering nice.

One of the things I have been doing lately after the recent Market correction is buying way out of the money long term put contracts on my dividend stocks as a hedge for a just in case scenario. I did take a big hit with MIC recently and that woke me up. A simple 50-100 dollar put purchase can make a great insurance policy!
