What is known:

1. Letter of Intent OEM deal to create Si3N4 version of implants for an unknown leading ortho firm. (Believed to be Zimmer)

2. JDA with an unknown dental company signed sometime 2016.

3. Developed Dental implant for Dentsply no JDA signed.

4. Developing spine & knee implant with Morgan Ceramics. This would braze Si3N4 & unknown metal together, something Morgan specializes in. Morgan is also attempting to utilize this same technique for aerospace market. If successful Morgan would commercialize and sell to entitties like NASA. No signed JDA we are aware of.

5. Amedica currently has a partnership with Kyocera. In the past this consisted of Kyocera as a backup manufacturer despite Amedica only ever utilizing its built up inventory. Kyocera and Kyoto university are working Amedica testing their hip implant.

6. NGK wants to get into, I believe, manufacturing & definitely selling Silicon Nitride implants through its subsidiary JMDM (JMDM has a JSA with Zimmer GK). No signed agreement

7. Zimmer GK seems to be a strategic partner with Amedica in creation of its new generation hip implant. Zimmer GK provided the liners to test with Amedica's femoral head. No deal has been signed.
