Why do you make such baseless statements? It is right there in the order; ... No later than 14 days following the district court’s ruling... The lower court has not made the final ruling required by the the Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit. Until that happens, and no one has any idea when that will occur, including GERS, nothing and I mean nothing is going to happen with the appeal. If you have not figured it out by now, let me be the first to inform you. Judge Prost's ruling is a win for the bad guys, they want the delay, GERS wants to proceed with the appeal and the Federal Circuit is saying, NOT NOW!
