I'll post a link later but busy at work for now. I'm not really concentrating on bei for the moment.

My concern on the IHSI board is who might be merging or taking over ihsi.

Going back to my original post, DP telecom was formed with Devon and Phillip. Funded by celluchi with $200k.

Celluchi owns helpcomm.

My thought is DP TELECOM, HELPCOMM AND IHSI will be one.

How it happens I have no clue
