you look at just 3 weeks of trading. That lasts until the next PR which could happen at any time.

Of course then you will be paying 25-50% higher.

To sell in an attempt to chase other stocks can many times backfire.

You sell at the lows here to buy after already nice runs in others.

I am in other holdings but not selling my NPHC to do so!
