$ ONCI. Yes getting that old Debt paid off is the Key for ONCI to move on Up and trade where it should be trading and we are steady moving in the right direction as the bottom is moving up every week even while paying off the old debt as Steve says its been choking the PP,s but with it paid off we will be going to Pennies Very easy.
