Reported recently, Goldman Sachs says there’s an investment strategy that can outperform.
David Kostin, Goldman's chief U.S. equity strategist, screened for companies that grew their sales by 10 percent or more each of the last three years and have strong potential for future growth. He then excluded stocks with high valuation multiples in terms of enterprise value to revenue ratios.
Kostin recommends six buy-rated names: Alphabet(GOOGL), Amazon(AMZN), Domino’s Pizza(DPZ), Fortinet(FTNT), Summit Materials(SUM), and Ulta Beauty(ULTA). Among all, Amazon has the highest estimated sales growth in 2018—34%. (you can explore detailed info about these six stocks in FuninUSA)
