I agree and disagree. My disagreement stems from Don Smith sucking me and lots of other investors in by claiming SCNA is “ profitable”. I fully expected to see a “net profit” for the year. Instead I see a gapping net loss generated by higher up compensation. That is why some are “pissed”...typical Wall Street bullshit. IMHO that is the manipulation most are angry about and have voted with their feet. So instead of a soaring PPS we have a miserable decline. The PPS will probably linger in a trading range for sometime because of what has been done by the management. They get paid and we have to be patient when they kept screaming “we’re already profitable” proclaimed to be saints looking out for the investors who funded their dilution. All in my humble opinion....
