i did some quick math. it shows the OS listed in the last filing has traded twice since 2016.

that's over 3 billion shares. it's especially interesting when we see so little volume traded as the stock fell from pennies to trips, only about 24.4M shares on the 3 year decline to lows. see chart below.

(as far as i know) there are no requirements now to file ownership of stock purchases, and anyone (or any entity) who wanted to do a buyback of shares wouldn't be compelled to disclose that in a report to the SEC, either.
