Hi Randal, as saprolities and Randal, you can negotiate all by yourself between your 2 names you use here. I know who is who. You are both. Randal as saprolities you are just saying what you do not have the courage to say under your own name, talking nonsense about licences. Randal you know that DNI can mine anytime they want. Why do you think DNI has shipped Graphite in 2017? Boy are you Randal through and through!! Randal you are acting just like the Cougar CEO that you are. Randal you are always shouting from the roof tops everytime DNI moves down one cent. Considering that your Cougar Metals trades at a half a cent most of the time, you always think that a one cent move is a big deal!! I have read your posts about "DNI is down today by one cent!!" Only to move back up a cent the next trading day. I guess you are so used to watching your Cougar Metals move by one hundredth of a cent, a one cent move to you is a really big move, and the end of the world. Randal, it is no big deal here in the real world of business, North America. No one cares about the move except you of course. Randal you sing the same old song all the time. DNI moves down a cent, and the Licence nonsense your talk about all the time, when you know that DNI has the licenses to mine, anytime they want. IMHO
