He had ONE chance- about a year and a half ago- in which he could have sold the brands to someone else as long as he stepped down as CEO and the new management would have restructured the company (including share structure) in order to bring in NEW and REAL investors! Do you want to guess what this CEO (B.Yates) told that group? “No deal if I’m not in charge!” The rest, as they say, is history....
