Hi Hawk: Congrats on your 'find'. Here's the clue: 'NTI has acquired GreenCoat*** –', very first line of that ad.

I'll betcha, NTI bought it recently. Notice 'Greencoat' is a 'Registered' name (as opposed to TM), but the only way NTI would be able to use the name would be to buy the company, I would suppose.
Perhaps that where much of our money (AS shares) went. ??? NTI will likely (or has already) their own technology so the product will change....but they've got the framework...and the components that they need to make the transition.

You can see the difference in the presentations of the two advertisements. Looks like they've got the deal finalized even to the marketing.

***The biggest advantage is that this is a company with an existing customer base, shipping and billing strategy and ongoing INCOME STREAM.
