Two years or so ago BEAC was used as a shell for Fte Solutions to RM into ---they made an absolute MESS of it and lost their SEC Registration and were sent to the graveyard---they fought back--got re-instated despite all the Ihubers crying SCAM,, later did the RS and are now trading on the NYSE---FTNW.
