The argument could be made that the stock price is being held down too. I have put in limit purchases for .03 and above and never have any bites. When I put a limit price in over .05 there doesn’t seem to be a problem. If this is a scam then someone failed bc there isn’t a enough money changing hands at this point for anyone to get rich.
