I also voted YES on both proposals.. You only need to vote once.
I visited the TECO facility during the week of March 7. I was given a tour and was treated very well by all personnel in the facility. It was just SUPERB. There is no BS when they say everything is done scientifically. Every single thing that has to do with the cultivation is scientifically measured and recorded.
My impression of Mr. Poss after he cleared all my doubts about the current financial status of the company and hearing him talk about what he envisions of the company in the next couple years is that we have a GREAT CEO leading the company. And it shows in the enthusiasm of everybody working in the facility, from the top managers to the security guard.
Now I know for sure that the care taken in doing things properly (scientifically) in the last couple of years will reward every serious investor, customers and partners in the near future.
We need to support the management of the company and exercise all proxys as recommended by the board.
